Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) is an agreement between PIT Solutions Ltd. (together with our affiliates, “PitSolutions”, “we”, “our” or “us”), and the person accessing the AlcheDoc AI (“you”, “your”, “yours”).

PIT Solutions Ltd. owns the AlcheDoc AI (“Services”)

By accessing or using the Services, you unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any of the Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

The Services generate responses using AI models to retrieve and synthesise data from indexed documents.

Grant of Licence
1. The Licensor grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for document retrieval and knowledge management within your internal systems.
2. PIT Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to audit usage to ensure compliance with license terms.
Licence Restrictions
1. You must not:
  1. Sublicense, rent, lease, modify, or reverse-engineer the Services or the software which is part of the Services.
  2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services or the software which is part of the Services.
  3. Resell, distribute, or modify the Services.
  4. Allow third parties to access or use the Services.
Account Creation
1. You must create an account to access and use the Services.
2. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. You agree to use the Services only for legal purposes.
5. We reserve the right to suspend your account or disallow you from using the Services if you violate any of these Terms or if you commit fraud, whether actual or alleged.
6. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
User Responsibilities
1. You alone are responsible for the content that you upload into the Services and compliance of such content with applicable laws.
2. You must not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
3. We are neither responsible for the content that you upload nor are we responsible for the results that are provided by the Services for your content.
4. You must not use the Services for unlawful purposes, unauthorised data access, or attempts to disrupt application functionality.
5. You must not resort to unauthorised data mining, reverse engineering, or any action that will compromise the security of the Services.
Subscription and Payments
1. Some features of the Services may require a subscription.
2. The payment terms and refund policies of the subscription are provided separately. Please contact us if you require any clarification in this regard.
3. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
No Warranties
1. The Services generate responses using AI models to retrieve and synthesise data from indexed documents. While we have strived to provide accuracy so that the Services retrieve appropriate data, it is to be noted that the Services may produce incorrect data or outputs. You must verify the data and output provided by the Services before relying on such data or output.
2. The output from the Services may have document-specific misinterpretations or domain-specific inaccuracies. We do not make any representation or warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for decisions made using the output from the Services.
3. The Services utilise third-party LLMs for AI functionalities. You acknowledge and agree that we may not be able to exercise complete control over these LLMs. Accordingly, you hereby accept all the inherent risks of LLM-based processing.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability
1. We provide the Services on an “as is” basis without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or availability. You cannot hold us liable for any damages suffered by you because of your use or inability to use the Services.
2. We are not responsible for any data loss or security breaches.
3. We are not responsible or liable for your intentional or negligent act or omission.
4. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, losses, or costs in connection with your access or use of the Services.
5. We are not liable for any direct damages suffered by you in connection with your access and use of the Services.
Intellectual Property Ownership
1. All intellectual property rights and proprietary rights in and to the Services are owned or controlled by us.
Termination
1. The licence granted under these Terms remains valid until expiry or termination.
2. If a term is specified against a subscription or an account, then the licence will expire at the end of that term.
3. Breach of any of the obligations under these Terms may result in immediate termination of licence.
4. Upon termination,
  1. you must immediately cease access and use of the Services
  2. delete or return all material owned by us that are in your possession or control, and
  3. you must delete all access credentials.
Modifications
1. We may update these Terms at any time. You are responsible to verify the changes and decide if you want to continue accessing and using the Services with the changed Terms.
2. Your continued use of the Services will constitute your unconditional acceptance of the changes in the Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in the State of Kerala, India, have the exclusive jurisdiction in connection with all matters arising out of or related to these Terms.
