    When you access or use the Application, we collect the following types of information:

    3. Uploaded Documents: When you upload documents, we process and store them securely for AI-based retrieval.
    4. Other Information You Provide: We collect other information that you may provide to us, such as when you participate in our events or surveys, or provide us with information to establish your identity or age.
    5. Cookies and Similar Technologies: Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information that may be placed on your device when you use the Application. We use cookies and similar technologies to manage user sessions and administer our services and to improve your experience. The cookies that we use functions in the following manner: once a user logs in, a cookie is set to persist their login details, even if the browser is closed. The cookie is cleared only when the user logs out or when the configured time expires.
  2. Third-party applications that we use to provide services through the Application
    Our Application uses certain third-party AI tools to provide services. Each third-party application has its own privacy policy. Therefore, the personal data contained in your inputs to the Application and the personal data in the documents that you manage through the Application will be subject to the privacy policy of third-party AI tools. For your information, we have provided the list of third-party AI tools that we are using in our Application:

    1. Microsoft Azure
    2. OpenAI
    3. No model training with user data
      We do not train our AI models using customer input or document content. However, since underlying models may be powered by third-party Large Language Model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc., we cannot guarantee that data is not processed or logged at their end. You are advised not to input sensitive or regulated data unless proper data agreements are in place.
    4. Data sharing and security of data
      We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your data under the following circumstances:

      1. With third-party processors, as provided in Section 2.
      2. With Service Providers: We may engage third-party companies to provide certain services (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support).

      1. Session-based context maintenance. The Application temporarily maintains contextual information within user sessions to enable more coherent responses and document-linked answers. This context is not stored or reused beyond the session.
